startup procedure of graphics card or MB

I have a one question about startup procedure of graphics card.

On graphic card Gainward GF9500GT 512M (in attach) I do basic passive measurements, diodes, mosfets, fuses, some resistor, rails... on gpu is about 3 - 4 ohm... but else nothing is shorted.
I plug card into MB and boot up. Splash screen and boot text was appear only on integrated vga on MB, and after about 10 seconds the MB shutdown itself. There are no switching to external graphics card (that I inserted). I try another time and it is all the same repeating, after 10 seconds MB go off.

I do not any voltage measurements yet, just was intetesting is from this behaveour can do some idea, any clue what can be wrong and how to test, isolate that particular problem.

On graphics card it is no any output on vga.
I guess if the gpu is shorted that the MB not wait for 10 seconds to go off?

BTW, history of that graphics is one shorted mosfet, which is replaced and readings is ok...

Re: startup procedure of graphics card or MB

When I connect card over pci riser board, it not turn off computer, however, the 12.01v rail is pulled down on 11.65v and hear buzzing on card.
Gpu is heating, but I dont know is that normal rate of heating or not, I put some small heatsink on it.

Before I was replaced shorted Q5, it is ok now, but on D/S of Q8 and Q19 (vcore?) it is about 3 ohms. Voltage on drain is 1.1v when start buzzing.

Is any procedure etc can confirm that is gpu fault, to be shure that something else fixable is not problem?
    What to do?
