MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max - freezes randomly

Hello everyone, i got this mobo for long time, now i decided to rearrange some hardware and build a office pc, but 1 week so far, this motherboard drives me crazy.

    What is the issue:
PC freezes randomly. While loading win, while installing win, while in windows , and just once did it while in bios.

    Hardware:
    MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max , MSI A320m A-pro
    BIOS : 7B86vHG - latest
    CPU: Ryzen 3 1200, 3200G , Ryzen 5 3500x, Ryzen 5 5500
    GPU: Vega 7 in 3200g and MSI 1060 6GB
    RAM: 2x8 ADATA spectrix 3000 , 2x8 SiliconePower 3200
    PSU: DeepCool PK550D 550w , EVGA gold 80+ 850w

You can imagine how many combinations you can try with all this, and result with B450 mobo is always - freezes!

Last week i watched video (LTT maybe, What will happen if you unplug your RAM or HDD while PC runs?) and it basically represents my problem. It is like i have removed RAM. Sometimes frezes totally. Sometimes turns off, sometimes i lose keyboard reactions, after 1 minute i lose windows responsivness, only mouse works for 1 more minute, and then all freezes. Sometimes 1st mouse die, do not respond to anything, but keyboard works till all freeze again.
If it freese while loading windows , rotating dots animation keep going, or when happen while installing windows, animation in progress bar still playin, mouse is responsive, but instalation is stuck. I'm even able to click X button and installation warns me that i'm canceling it, but it freezes totally.

Tried all those CPUs with both mobos and all ram sticks individually in all slots, result is that B450 always freeze. A320 is working flawlesly!

Important to say: if i install stick in 3rd ram slot on B450, PC just react for 1 second after power button is pressed, and shuts off!

So, Chipset? some power line? mosfet for powering rams or what do you think?

Also tried many different RAM settings , voltages XMP...
Interesting : a320 holds RAM at 1.2v which is AUTO.
B450 is at 1.342v and playing 1.3-1.36v at AUTO, voltage is not constant. Or that is just bios feature showing realtime, which A320 can't do and simply shows settings at 1.2v?
However, i overrided B450 settings to 1.2V and i got 5-10mins in windows. Even if i do not use more than 1 window, i got more time till it freezes. If i open microsoft store, edge, mail client = frozen pc.

Any ideas or i can hang it on the wall!?
