This is 55" interactive touch screen display. The monitor is switched on from the st-by state, the green LED is on, unfortunately there is no picture and no backlight. All the output voltages of the power supplies are correct. Motherboard is described as T.MT5320.A3A 11422. Voltage on the stabilizers U1 3.3V, U2 3.3V, the stabilizer next to U2 1.27V, U4 1.3V, U10 1.54V. I suspect the problem is in flash memory load GD25Q64BSIG. Maybe someone has a working dump and can share? I'm attaching dumps from memory 25Q64 and 24c32.

Hitachi 32HAE2351 Vestel 17MB171 - Rotate Image
Mainboard: VESTEL 17MB171 Chassis: VES315WNGB - 2D - N52
The TV was stuck on the logo and I couldn't access the update menu.
I couldn't find the firmware for the Hitachi 32HAE2351 and updated it with the Toshiba 32WA2063DG - Vestel 17MB171 firmware.
The image result was good, but the image is inverted.
The image rotation/mirror function doesn't exist in the Menu Server. I can't correct the image.
