Trying to open ACER 22" AL2017

Hey guys. I have an Acer AL2017 that comes on, but there is no picture. Now, I think I know how to fix it, but I can't get the stupid thing open. I've taken out all the screws but it doesn't pull or slide off. Can anyone help me?

Be careful when opening because there may be fragile connections, but this video gives you an idea

You basically need to pry the thing apart.

Just go slow and cautious. Don't force anything with the connectors.
