I'm repairing an old Acer 17" lcd monitor just for learning
the problem : no picture, just blinking green led and a tic tic sound near the inverter section
After a diagnostic I found a shorted 8pin "mosfet"! it's P605 and there is 04 in that board
so my question is : if I don't find a replacement for this fet , can we find another equivalent or solution ? and why 04 fet when another boards have only 02 for example....
