customer came in complaining right side of screen is dim. The ccfls run horizontal top and bottom, connected other ccfls to the board and the lamps light up halfway on all four outputs. First time seeing this problem for me. Any ideas?

replaced 2 caps 220 by 25v, next to inverter transformers, and its working perfectly, thanks to alwaysafix for your help.
