At this points I would suggest to replace ALL 4 MOSFETs.
    Good question....

Now the question is where can I get these mosfets without ordering from overseas in China (been reading some ebay reviews....and the result has my head scratching).

Okay, the setting is set to x100 Ohms.

Meter probe on 1 (Black), then check the reading between
    1 and 2 = 45
    1 and 3 =48
    1 and 4 = 26
    1 and 5 = 26

Meter probe on 6 (Black), then check the reading between
    6 and 2 = 2.8
    6 and 3 = 2.8
    6 and 4 = .6 *No Change
    6 and 5 = .6 *No Change
    ----------------------------------------------------
Meter probe on 1 (Red), then check the reading between
    1 and 2 = 2.9
    1 and 3 =2.9
    1 and 4 = 2.79
    1 and 5 = 2.79

Meter probe on 6 (Red), then check the reading between
    6 and 2 = 45
    6 and 3 = 45
    6 and 4 = .6 *No Change
    6 and 5 = .6 *No Change

Okay, here are my readings. Using the same meter I've posted and using the green numbers on the meter.
The setting were set to x1K ohms

Meter probe on 1 (color does not matter), then check the reading between
    1 and 2 = 15
    1 and 3 =15
    1 and 4 = 6
    1 and 5 = 6

Meter probe on 6 (color does not matter), then check the reading between
    6 and 2 = 2.5
    6 and 3 = 2.5
    6 and 4 = .6
    6 and 5 = .6

Okay, cool beans. I'll report back with the readings!

Make sure to tell us if it shows as Ohm, K Ohm, M Ohm.
Okay, so the number 2-5, you want me to test each pin on said numbers right? For example, 1 and 2, Black will be on 1 and then I'll test each pin on 2 (which is 4) with red, correct?

^ That above is assuming you want me to follow the picture you've attached.

Also, my meter only reads in OHM... :/

So you need to take good resistance reading again using the pin out of the MOSFET spec and my drawing as the guide.
Okay, what setting should I be using on my multimeter then? Should I continue to use the X1k Ohms setting?

You are correct!!! There is no more ticking noise. Let me try to hook it up to the pc.
