Hello Everyone,, i am new in this forum and im seeking ideas regarding this samsung lcd monitor.. the screen in unquite, jumping screen or whatever is the term 
I already replaced weak/leaky e-caps on the power board, check the voltages and is all OK. i suspected LCD panel or mainboard but sad to say i cannot go on for the decision 'cause i dont have any parts available for direct replacements..
Any ideas/experience are very much Welcome,,, TIA
