this thread to big to reread so I will ask
have you checked the solder joints with a good magnifying glass
seeing that this board has had some heat issues
you may have no power to the inverter
cant see a inverter fuse to check

I have and touched up a few here and there. All solder joints look oxidized. But I can hear the inverter transformers with just power supply hooked up. It's a very high pitch sound if Im close enough.
