Samsung 226BW

I am attempting the now infamous samsung 226bw repair, and my board has one additional problem, one of the resistors appears to be living in a bath of flux. I would like to replace it, but i'm having trouble determining the correct value, could someone with more experience please have a look at:

and give me the benefit of their experience?

36k ohm or 460 k ohm ?

i don't think there's really any problem if the resistor is in flux ... after all one of the terminations is clear of everything (left side) so it's not like it's shorted.
