dell model e178fp

I need help with a dell e178fp monitor . The main board doesn't turn on the invertor.
When I jumper collector to emiter of the power on and dimmer transistors on the invertor the screen lights up with no data white screen .
On the main board there are two regulators which have 3.3vdc and 1.8vdc output .

Problem resolved I found a bad connection on the ribbon cable to the power switch .
