    viewsonic vx2235 model vs11349

Hello Newbie here and I have a Vx 2235 and it will power up blue light comes on, but i get absolutely nothing on the screen, but if I hold down the power button to turn off I get a flicker on the screen and still nothing else when powered back up, I read here in the forum that it could possibly be the capacitors but not really sure what else to check or even how to check and see if the board is bad I pulled the board I assuming that is the Power Board and taken some photos any help would be greatly appreciated. It looks like possible a few of the capacitors are bad from what i have read, But again I'm no expert!!

All your Capxon (black colored) capacitors are bloated, domed, or leaking crap.

Members here will suggest that you replace them ALL including the green colored ones (except the biggest one). If you live in the USA, follow PlainBill's instructions on how to choose Panasonic FM (choose FC if sold out or not available) at

    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...33&postcount=2

That is, prefer FM over FC when possible.

Thank you Retiredcaps. Do you think this will fix my problem or do you think there could be other possible issues.

Too hard to tell. First, replace the caps, and then retest.

Interesting design on the board. I do see a lot of suspicious caps, and some heat changes near the high voltage section. I bet the cap replacement will fix it though. Let us know how it goes and welcome to the forum!
