Samsung Syncmaster 400pn (no backlight)

in the attached photos I marked some parts I tested. Photo 1 the top part circled test 24v top and bottom, on the bottom one circled it only test 24v on the top of it. I don't know what these parts are. can someone identify them for me, and tell me if they are testing ok???
I photo 2 the copper coil looking parts test 24v on the bottom 5 pins and nothing on the top 2 pairs. Above them in the green area it says "caution high voltage" they don"t seem to have any voltage ac or dc. I assume they are the high voltage for the back lights or atleast suppose to be. Any help pin pointing the problem of no back lights would be appreciated.

I hope that you may have checked all the basic stuff like - fuses, capacitors ect... Keep it simple. Work your way from main power coming in (110VAC) to rectifier (DC) and so on. If someone was working on that same exact unit at this same exact time then they could verify the 24V but if you post clear pictures of the boards inside for all to see, you'd get more instructions on a step by step way of finding the problem(s).
By the way, the first photo is blank.
