So I don't see anything obvious, and I'm not an elite electrician. I do have tools and technical ability...lol. with that being said I checked the board with my infrared camera (it's a little out of alignment) and this is what I saw. Not sure if it's the U14 (IC s21531d) or the chips R600, and R601. Any help would be appreciated.
