I want to buy a dashCam from ebay and i need some recommendations?
I don't want to spend more then 60$+shiping.

It need to be with a good quality not extreme and with LCD display.

If you do not need to make out car license plates, then there are many cheap car DVR's out there.
But it is hard to shop for a good one. Most have fake specs, like "5MP HD" but they are really using a 1MP or 2MP sensor and interpolating. Then there is the lens, some are narrow (ordinary camera lens) and the wide angle ones are better.

I gave up on the cheap ones, and bought a Lukas 7900. It works great but is expensive.

Full 1080P capture is my standard - beware of units that use interpolation to obtain this resolution.
A feature that deletes the oldest recordings in blocks (e.g. 256 MB) when the memory card becomes full is useful and that the unit starts recording when the power supply to the DC input connector is turned on (when the lighter sockets are turned on after the car is turned on) - no intervention required - ours has both these features.
