I bought this a few months ago. It requires you to plug it into the X/Y (and optionally Z) inputs on your scope.
It didn't come with a manual (and the only ones online people want money for) so I spent a few hours trying to make it work on my own but between me and a friend we couldn't get a proper image on either of our scopes.
When running you should see a display of 0's as seen here:

Opened it up and found nothing blown visually. I'm sure a manual would be really helpful.
