Asus K43SV Rev 3.0 Restart 3 times before display

Hi All Master..Can any Ony Master Help me..Have a Problem

Asus K43SV Rev 3.0 Work normally..but before display to LCD,mother board restart 3 times,after that display normally,,,
flash BIOS no good result..
can any one help my,where a ceck for troble part...Thanks...

Hi!
If this bord contains discrette USB 3.0 controller (ASM, as i remember), check it, as similar behavior was seen ok k53 where it was dead or had corrupted eprom contrent

what are you actually doing..? do you disable the ram on board?
