Samsung Plasma PN51E450A Rapid Power LED Blinking

Customer brought in this Sammy plasma, complaining about the rapid power LED blinking..

I plugged it in and it worked fine for several hours..

I came in this morning and, sure enough, rapid Power LED blinking..

Power PCB has no voltage off of it.....

I just went to check some other voltages and now it's working fine...

I hate these kinds of issues..

What would be good guess as to the problem???

Possible poor solder joint or connector contact?
Perhaps when it fails to start up you could gently tap the board to see if it will power up.
