my hp 840 g3 is pretty much a paper weight unless someone shines some light on my situation here. so originally my plan was to clean the $vss_store parameter block in which it contains the obstacle thats keeping me from accessing my bios. however after many hours of tedious work i finally managed to remove the Bios IC from the motherboard Then used my tl866 to dump it into the file. at that moment i could almost taste the sweet success on the tip of my fingers, but unfortunatley i couldnt find the $vss_store within the dump and i looked through the whole damb thing. so if theres anyone out the who can help...
Hello, I really surprise with this forum, is really helpful.
All help could see helpful for blocked bios password , but how we could change the password if we don't have access to log in windows? All usb ports are disable for boot from them... in addition, hard disk encrypted and can't start with other, therefore the only one hard disk with his serial number. Tricky situation... I thinking about the situation and is possible that only solution is changing bios (flash).
What do you mean about it? Is any solution for this case?
