VES390UNDA-2D-N01 , CTRL BOARD (T-CON) attached to the screen. No picture.

Hi,

Need your help Guys.
Got JVC LT-39C740. Sound and backlight are fine, NO picture.
I think the problem must be with T-CON (CTRL BD) which in this case is attached to the screen.
Is that board fixable?

SCREEN: VES390UNDA-2D-N01
CTRL BOARD (T-CON): T390HVN01

Which components are likely to be broken, what can I check?
Anyone managed to fix it?

have you got 12v too both sides of the tcon fuse
