we can give u hint, not solution.

fan is controlled by pwm and it measure RPM of fan. its driven by ic so find it on schematic, boardview and measure it

do you have a live image for this motherboard without the cover at the bottom of peripheral ports?
like whole area of firewire, usb3.0 vga because mine was burn i cannot get a clear view on the green and dark green pcb board
