(SOLVED) Insignia NS-32D312NA15 Rev. D - No video, turns off with 4 power LED blinks

Issue: Has standby light, no video, but when you turn it off, the standby light blinks 4 times.

Solution: Replace the all-in-one power/main board.

This is a very lightweight, almost disposable TV.
