and your right, they all have HM(M) markings...
For 10-15 bucks is worth it i suppose as long as i can justify power consuption with a use.
What about the rest of caps, physically, they look fine, but...you know....

Also has a burnt smd from the usb header, not to worried about that becasue my case wont even have front panel usb.Comment

And you are right about caps being bad without physical signs of distress. They could have high ESR (ohms) or out of tolerance capacitance. For example, a 1000uF 16V cap could measure 240uF.--- begin sig file ---
