Lenovo T430 error beep 1+3+3

Hello.
Have this Lenovo T430 that not start only beep. it beep 1+3+3 which is errror basic memory. but what is basic memory?

flashed bios but now shoe FAN ERROR and shut off. but fan works

looks like the fan error was my fault. connector want really big amount of power to settle

now it works ok

damn. not fixed.

have only black screen with touchpad connected. looks like it have been replaced, because case have sticker i5 and board is i7.

so there must be something bad with board

anybody have schematic or BV?

maybe that bios was not realy ok.

wifi, bluetooth not work too

i updated bios by official way and looks like all is working now

Maybe it was and it was the EC at fault .A good buy for only 30 euros
