Dell Latitude D600

I got one dell laptop dead, i took out motherboard nd found one of ic U94 under HDD connector on board. IC No ABZD getting heat up when i connect power. even i changed with another the same ic but same result its getting quickly heat.

Have to look for shorted component. It might be some capacitor.
