Issue: The unit shows flickering, unstabled video. Even when disassembled, nothing changes when the tab bonds are pressed.
Solution: Bad panel, not repairable.
Note: In my experience so far, the Sony Bravia KDL* series are generally bad panels. If I get one of these TVs and the issue is the video, I pretty much call it a loss.
