Hi.Thank you, same behavior with this Bios, maybe a EC Issue, this board com with IT8585VG,is available EC Rom for this model?.Regards.
Symptom: With only Battery installed no respond to power on,With AC adapter the board self power on without image , if push power button goto off but when release the button self power on again (every status leds`s On), if unplug the ac adapter the board still on ( by internall battery) , if push power button the board go off but never power on again, only automatically when plug the ac adapter.
P.D: On board Ram Disable method was applied, same result.

Hi again, main bios file was correct (EC is no programmable in this model because carry the IT8585VG),problem was the processor, was replaced by another i5-4200 extracted from scrapp motherboard (HP Folio 1040 g1 with liquid damage), never discard a failed motherboard!,always can use some parts with him. Thanks for repair main file, the Ram disable method work fine, external memory must be DDR3 1.5v (no DDR3L),on-board memory was restablish after repair.
