Do you have the 3.5V and 12V and what voltage do you have on D251 and D255

3.5 volt yes
12Volts and 24Volts shut down in 8 seconds

Disconnect the mainboard from the power supply and on the power supply connect 3.5V to PWR_ON using a 1K ohm resistor and then check you have 12V and 24V
