Samsung RV408 Dead

Hi, friend. Somebody has experienced. Samsung RV408. IC TPS51125 is hot. And do not want on. I am injecting at 5v and 3v. Its hot ic TPS 51125. Changed the same. Please help. Thanks friends ...
Vreg 3 out 2.6v Vreg 5 out 4.7v hot IC ...

It's possible that there is a short on 3v or 5v line, search on schematic if there is some jumper pad to exclude those lines and verify that the voltages are ok.
