    Quick Question It may sound stupid but please respond.

    Ok, I'm a newb so please take it easy on me. The long silver bar in the center of this picture is a fuse? If not can you please tell me what component it is..

    No, it's a crystal oscillator: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_oscillator

    It generates the clock the processor near it uses for its frequency.

    There's no fuse in the picture. Post a photo of the whole board.

    The fuse may (or may not) be towards the left side, as the blue round things are inductors, which are commonly used in the power supply section of the board, so naturally the fuse would be at the start of the power supply area.
    Post the whole board picture and we may be able to help you out further.

      Here is the picture as requested. I tested all the voltages off of the power supply and everything checks out. I proceeded to test mosfets and am getting no voltage to the one in the upper right corner of the heat sink for the processor. This is for an insignia ns-lcd47hd tv. I turn the power on, light goes blue and nothing else. Shut it off and it blinks red 14 times.
