Lenovo u310 DA0LZ7MB8E0 rev.e bios maybe?

Hi friends,i have problem with this board,it seems like problem with bios but i have tried many and always the same..this board is populated with i7 3537u processor,the only problem is that i dont have VCC_GFX voltage,another voltages are ok.I've reballed the PCH,replaced ISL95831 which create this voltage but no results.Maybe someone have the right bios(with this processor) to try?or any idea?schematic attached

My chips are 512kb and 8Mb,these dumps from you are 128k and 8Mb but ok,i will try it and let you know..thanks

THe bios attached are for main and kbc.

kbc is not programable and memory chip for this ite8518 have 512kb.I've looked in dump with hex editor and the area where data are is maybe 1/4 of the chip,everythig else is filled with zero(FF) so is possible that this dump will be ok.give me one or two hours,i will try it

512kb file is ec bios check chip 25q40/25x40. This board 2 chip 25q64/25x40.

Yes i understand but that ec file is 128kb and memory chip is 512kb..and for me not working,laptop starts,fan spins but no VCC_GFX

i tried removing ram from slot and no change,always start but without VCC_GFX,tried also another two known good modules,no change...it looks that it dont see any RAM. Without PCH bios chip,dont start so imho is PCH working

no,i replaced also PCH but no change..meassured almost every smd in VCC_GFX circuit,i think the CPU is dead..

anymore thanks, working fine in 128kb instead 512kb
