1.It is A Same Operation? Or Compatible?

2.BQ24780S Can Replace this IC BQ24780?

3.What is the Meaning Of "S". On This IC.

It's saying in the pdf that the S its a better version. A new model.

This is the only information I could find on the non-'S' version. I would not consider them compatible given the differences listed. Most importantly, the power monitoring signal apparently works differently. That could cause some weird behavior.

Replacing BQ24780S with BQ24780 works on some board but dont wont work on many others. So its mixed bag. Instead of getting confused, replacement ic should be of same specs.

Yes, you can use the BQ24780S to replace the BQ24780 original. The BQ24780S datasheet can be found on the TI / Digikey / Mouser / this forum websites.
