I have a bunch of various sized GR series Samxons, mostly 220, 470 and 2200 ufd. Are they OK for recapping? They are colored medium blue with black stripe on the plastic skin to mark the negative lead. I can't seem to find any info on them from the web, even from samxon.com!

For what I read on datasheet they are "general purpose" and rated at 85°C so not suitable for recapping MOBO or PSU.
I see the rated current but not ESR values.
