Toshiba 32W1333DG Led flashes red /green

Hello everyone

Please excuse my mediocre English, but I am French, and I do my best to write my messages.

After looking on google I saw that posts had been written on the problem of red green flashing Toshiba 32w1333dg brand TVs.

I got a Toshiba reference 32w1333dg tv, whose led flashes green / red start, no picture nor sound and no backlight either.

After control of the power supply which is a Vestel 17IPS11, all the tensions are present 5v 12v 24v.

Can you tell me if the blinking of the led in red / green is due to a problem with the firmware of the tv?

I read the post below and seems to be about the same problem as me.

Can you tell me if the failure I encounter is the same as in the post above?

I downloaded the latest firmware from toshiba, but I have only one .bin file (upgrade_mb90.bin) ... while the rar file in ReeceyBurger123's post contains 3

What should I do ? can I use the files provided by ReeceyBurger123 as is?

Before making a bet I prefer to have the opinion of professionals

Does seem like a firmware issue, was there any install instructions on the toshiba site?
