20V 65A 5.7mohm 25W
Built in gate zener, isolated TO-220 package, logic-level drive.
It's a difficult sub.

Best I could find is:
BBL4001 60V 71A 6.1mohm 35W; stronger part but with higher capacitance 6,900pF vs 1,700pF.

Would be useful to know how the device is being used, and how the gate is being driven. Be careful subbing in extra gate cap, it might or might not break things...
