Identification part Razer RZ09-0301

Please can you help me with identification part on the photo.
May be, Power-Distribution Switche with Soft Start but I don`t know.
Part is from notebook Razer RZ09-0301 .

pinout .

1-2 - input 3.3V
3 - Enable 3.3V
4 - VCC 5V
5 - GND
6 - capacitor to GND
7-8 - output 3.3V for EDP LCD, but no working

IF I connect input and output, LCD work fine .

Appears to be TPS22965DSGR by TI. See attached.

Not sure about the 2nd line but the 1st line is a 100% match.

'938' could be the datecode = 2009 - 38th week.

Edit, you beat me to it. I agree its a TPS22965DSGR .The second line is a date code,the third is a lot code.
