Changed the 817 optocupler (IC906) but the same result,now i have 1V ...

Will try to short it ...

The voltage on 1&2 is also 1V on IC906 ...

When I short the pins 3 & 4 I get 5V instead of 10V ... on 50UF/50V,and on Q903 i get 5V instead of 0.7V

These voltages need to change when S/B is connected to +5v, If they do not, then it is likely the circuit is is just remaining in standby.

THe voltages don't change with or without S/B connected to 5V

I have no idea what you mean about Q903. there are 3 leads on that transistor which leads are you measuring 5v instead of 0.7v? If it is the BASE? That would make sence if the IC905 opto is not being turned on.
Why don't you start by making sure the two fets, Q908 and Q907 are working first. If they don't switch. nothing else will either.

Sorry had a hard working week ...

Tested the fets,they seem ok onboard test ...

Should I have some specific voltages on them ???

The fets source will be connected to ground, the drain will likely have close to +5 volts on them, when the S/B pin is connected to the 5v standby, the drain should go low.
