    HP Probook 4720s

Hello everyone, I have an HP Probook 4720s which won't start.
On the first mosfet I have 19,5V on Source and 19,1V on Gate but nothing on Drain. Because the voltage on gate must be lower for the mosfet to work, first change the Q1 (MN66D0LDW-7-GP) and the same happens. Then I changed the KBC and again the same thing.
    On Q1 I have on pin 1 & 3 2,4V, on pin 2 3,3V, pin 4 is ground, pin 5 0V and pin 6 18,2V.
I also tried to flash the bios with a known good dump.
    I have also change the RT8205AGQW-GP with a TPS51125 because on Vreg3 and Vreg5 I had 1,4V and 2,5V. Now its 3,3V and 5V.
    Anything else I could try???

After changing again the KBC the laptop now starts but shows nothing on the screen. Is there any change that the Bios I used is corrupted. I tried to program the old one again, and the power led on the charger is blinking.
Is there any other bios dump to try???
      My motherboard is
      S-Intel M\B
      H9265-1
