Samsung Scala3_15/17A BA41-01820A no LCD_VDD3V LCD not turning on

There is video via display port, nada on LCD, no backlight, no nothing, because there is no 3volts coming to it, no LCD_VDD3V.

There is no schematic or boardview for this board, but there is similar schematic off of scala3_14r ___attached___

Thus far I've replaced Q501 with analog and it didn't do squat.

What's broken?

Did you test lcd3_vdden voltage on both side of the resistor !
Did you test LID_SWITCH voltage !
What about MCP1_DRAMRST# voltage .

YES! LCD3_VDDEN is low, before resistor it is 3.4mV and after resistor it is 3.1mV.

Did you test LID_SWITCH voltage !

What about MCP1_DRAMRST# voltage .

As far as MCP1_DRAMRST# I wouldn't know where to look for it as there is no board view. I'm assuming this is DRAM voltage, mobo is working, I did connect display port and there is picture on display port.

There is this weird phenomenon, without LVDS cable attached to LCD I'm getting 0 volts on LCD_VDD3V
but when I attach cable to LCD I'm getting 300 mV...

MCP1_DRAMRST# on pin 30 of ddr slot must be 1.3v.
How about Cpu vcore / Gfx core / PLTRST..than flash bios
