find out SIO getting power +3VA EC , may be your SIO ITE bios corrupt if it’s a Programmable SIO try to find out or bad BIOS chip

+3VA EC is present on SIO. My SIO it8517e as I found is non programmable. I try other bios chip.

I replace bios chip but all is same.

check RTCRST RTCVCC , the Bios Dump that you flash is a working one ? Finally you can replace SIO

I need to order SIO chip.

When I short +3VA_BD with +5V_BD on connector two leds on mobo blinks. I don't know if this is sio bad or something else..
