Discovered why the front panel USB 3.0 ports wern't working...

In a system built for a client of ours, I found out why the front panel USB 3.0 ports were not working.
It was caused by using the USB 3.0 plug (20 pin) and the USB 2.0 plug (10 pin) on the front panel USB cable at the same time, and I found out that this cable had the USB 2.0 contacts connected on both the 10 pin and 20 pin plugs, for compatibility on a motherboard without a USB 3.0 front panel connector.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

I don't have to worry about that, I don't have any USB3 controllers!
