I need to transfer drivers onto netbook

After installing Windows 7 Ultimate onto my netbook it wouldn't detect a wireless connection, under Device Manager it shows the Ethernet, Network & Video Controller drivers are not installed (Code 28). i can update drivers online with my laptop, but how do i get the drivers for my netbook and then transfer them?

if you know what the hardware is then it should just be a matter of downloading them from the manufacturer's website on another machine and copying them onto a USB stick?

I've done this with workstations that don't have optical drives in the past, I normally just get the network/wireless drivers then download anything else on the machine itself.

the only issue I've ever run into is drivers that are in a RAR archive but decompressing before copying to the stick is the way around that.

nvm i went to the Realtek website and downloaded them, its connected to the wireless now

I need help with the Video Card drivers, i notice when i play a movie its not as clear as id like its not blury but a tiny bit and it doesnt play nice and smooth theres a split second of lag, oddly though while i move the mouse around the picture runs smooth but when i leave it alone it goes back to a split second of lag.

Also i tried running Solitaire to make sure the games worked but its incredibly slow and a message popped up about the video card, the netbook had Windows 7 Pro but i installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, if it doesnt get better ill downgrade to Windows 7 Pro but i want to try and get this working good.
