How can i modify microsoft account login on install

I have a problem, I would like to modify the logo and the text of the connection to the Microsoft account during the installation, is this possible? if yes , whats is the way i should follow? this would be done as in the attached image

I know that normally you have DLL files in a ISO like format which are recource files for the text blocks in the installation. You have to identify which dlls are for which text blocks and edit these files with a software like "Resource Hacker" and i would test the ISO after changing first on VM. Its a long time ago since i did that (win xp) but i think they shouldnt have changed anything in the generell act on how to do it. Sorry for no more concrete answer.

i come back after some months , i tried some things on a test iso , and the best way i find to do this is to use reshacker on DLL after extracted iso, like you say , and after the test it seems ok , sorry for my bad english , thanks for the help
