Hi guys i have a samsung lcd LE40C53OF1W with a AV board thats a BN4101331B .The problem i am having is the tv turns on ok but the standby light is flashing i cannot turn or tune the tv in at all i have tried to reset the eprom on the av but still nothing if anyone can help that would be very much appreciated .
