Hello,

I have a Dell Optiplex XE2 sff, which has burned 2 mosfets marked as (01), but I can't find any reference to buy and replace them, the motherboard is an E93839 Amo327 0YC03K. Could someone tell me what component is (01)? on the motherboard it is listed as QP50 and QP61.

If those 2 mosfets are burned, the pch is dead.

bad luck, but does anyone have that schematic anyway? I'd like to change those two mosfets and do some tests. At least I want to know what models they are, since I can't find anything for (01).

Hi noname2024, looking at what you sent me I see that the mosfet I have to change is FDN340P, but the marking on it when I bought it is 340 when mine is 01, on the other hand the behavior of mine is N and the one that the FDN340P indicates to me is P. Is there another schematic?
