Acer V3-471 no display

i got 1 laptop acer aspire V3-471.

5v and 3v is present. i have checked PU9 RT8223
pin vin 16 got 19v
pin13 LDO_EN 6.28v
pin 17 is 5v
pin 3 2v

PR126 one side 19v other side 0v
source + PL14 3VPCU got 3.3v

dont how to check.please help me

U1 is LCD Power im measure

pin1 is OUT no volt
pin2
pin 3
pin4 IS in 3.33V
pin 5
pin 6 is in 3.3v



DUAL spi Checked from PCH_ME to bios pin 8 got correct value 3v

I got this problem before... Just reprogram BIOS IC or Change BIOS IC...
