hello,

when i plug in the charger, automatically start with black screen, power led blinking with intermitently light, and fan is spinning fast-slow, fast-slow.

any idea.

when the led is blinking it,s a chip ISL95812HRZ (ic) where i can hear a sound like a something is charging and then discharging

the 5v is dropping to 1 then 5 then 1

Replace collector cap.

and which one should be....the mb has only a few markers on it
