I am thinking designing a charging module for my motorcaravan .The basic idea is to use 2 diodes so I can charge both batteries from one charger , the diodes isolate the 2 batteries from each other, but the problem with this idea is the forward voltage drop across the diodes this could be as much as 1 volt ( might be less using schottky diodes).
What I was thinking about was using power MOSFETs instead of diodes ,would this work and lose less voltage ?
