ux31e upgrade onboard ram

Hi,
I'm searching this memory chip:
ELPIDA EDJ8216B5MB to upgrade onboard memory ELPIDA EDJ4216BASE-DJ-F,
Anyone know a store that sell it or equivalent chip ?
I find only EDJ8216E but it's low voltage, I'm searching 1.5 Volt.
On datasheet I read: "Please refer to the EDJ8216B5MB datasheet (E1824E) when using this device at 1.5V operation, unless
stated otherwise." but I don't find it
