Acer travelmate 7520G with power issue

please i urgently need help on this Acer travel mater 7520,when you switch the laptop the mobo comes on for few seconds and goes off again, after checking the board i found out that U19 becomes very warm,

I don't think it'll work but you can try. I think they have the same pinout.
Also if it has got an NVidia GPU, don't bother, it is dead or will die.
